I’ve been doing Yoga for over 18 years and teaching for 12 and the more I practice the better I know myself.
Whether you prefer dynamic Vinyasa, classical Hatha, warm slow flows or deeply restorative yin, Yoga helps you undersand yourself, your patterns and how you move through life.
My classes are a space to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, just as you are. I teach weekly classes in Twickenham and Hampton Hill and 1-2-1, small groups or corporate clients online or in your home/office.

My signature class, Zodiac Flow is a fun, dynamic fusion of my three big passions...Yoga, astrology and music.
With a sequence that changes each month in accordance with the current zodiac sign, the poses, playlist and focus of the class invites you to embody the energy, element and archetype of the 12 signs and 13 lunar phases.
You don't need to believe in astrology to benefit from this unique class
(but it helps!)

Slow, steady and intentional this class moves at a pace that meets you where you are.
We explore strength in some places, depth in others, with creative sequencing that flows intuitively from the group energy on the day.
Expect longer holds, interesting transitions and space to feel what's actually there.
We weave in mobility work, creative flows and soft, restorative moments to balance effort with ease.
